LMSA is seeking a dedicated and skilled **Mechanical Supervisor** to join our team at the Goulamina Fixed Lithium Processing Plant. About the Role:

As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will lead a team of mechanical fitters, apprentices, and trainees, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of all mechanical maintenance activities at our cutting-edge lithium processing plant. Reporting directly to the Mechanical Superintendent, you will oversee both planned and unplanned maintenance, ensuring strict adherence to industry best practices and our commitment to safety.

What We Are Looking For:

- **Experience:** At least 5 years of hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance experience, preferably within mining or heavy industrial environments, with experience maintaining equipment such as crushers, mills, conveyors, flotation cells, and pumps.

- **Leadership:** Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams in achieving high-performance standards.

- **Qualifications:** Trade qualification in a relevant field; a tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering is highly regarded.

- **Certifications:** Current first aid certification including CPR and a valid driver’s license.

- **Personal Traits:** A safety leader with strong cultural awareness, integrity, and a broad-minded approach to problem-solving.
